Music is one of the many ways that we add beauty and meaning to our worship and our celebration as a faith community. St. Timothy’s is blessed with several different opportunities to offer or benefit from the gift of song. Do you or someone in your family sing or play an instrument of any kind? Your gift of music is welcomed and encouraged.
Worship Ensemble
St. Timothy’s boasts several fantastic singers and instrumental musicians that contribute their talents to our “Worship Ensemble.” This group leads our music in worship with vocal and instrumental music on various occasions. At other times, singers and instrumentalists offer solo music.

Choir
Our adult choir practices every Wednesday night at 7:00PM and sings regularly during our 10:15AM Sunday service during the months of September through June. The choir leads our congregation’s liturgy with hymns and anthems. No audition or prior experience is required!

Yes. Musicians who play instruments are welcome to share their gifts as part of worship, whether regularly or for special services.
Rehearsal schedules vary depending on the group and the season, but most meet regularly during the week and before services. Contact the parish office to learn more about our music ministries, schedules, and how to get involved.
Music ministry is open to anyone who enjoys singing or playing, regardless of experience. You don’t need to have formal training, just a willingness to participate!
